Englander Partners with ‘Shark Tank’ Business and Rocking Bed Partner

Furniture World News Desk on 7/22/2019

Englander announced that it has partnered with Oklahoma-based Life Lift Systems, a Shark Tank company that received $550,000 in funding from Mark Cuban, as well as Georgia-based Rocking Bed whose product was featured on the popular ABC morning TV talk show “Live with Kelly and Ryan.”

As part of the partnership, Englander is now the Official Mattress of Life Lift Systems and Rocking Bed.

Englander president and CEO Mark Kinsley said the collaboration was designed to connect retailers to new ideas that can bring foot traffic into their stores, increase average tickets, and serve additional customer needs.

“Englander has a rich history of innovation and curation. We love bringing new ideas to our customers, and I think people are going to be blown away when we flip the switch on the telescoping Life Lift System and then let them experience the soothing sway of Rocking Bed,” said Mark Kinsley, Englander president and CEO.

Life Lift Systems is the creator of shelter beds designed to provide a safe space in the event of a tornado, hurricane, earthquake or home invasion. Levi Wilson and Tim Todd, partners in Life Lift, appeared on the ABC television show “Shark Tank” and received a $550,000 investment from billionaire Mark Cuban.

The patent-pending Rocking Bed, invented by Mark Russell, was designed to rock you to sleep with gentle side-to-side motion. The bed consists of a motor-powered steel frame designed to replace a static foundation. It was featured on the morning TV talk show “Live with Kelly and Ryan.”

Englander will feature both foundation innovations in its showroom C-1596 with live demonstrations and opportunities for market-goers to experience the beds.
