The Flex Group, owner of E.S. Kluft & Company, announced that it has appointed a U.S.-based board of advisors to strengthen its knowledge of the U.S. bedding market and to further develop its U.S. business. The board of advisors will discuss market opportunities and growth potential. Since the Flex Group acquired E.S. Kluft & Company in 2013, the business has expanded three times.

The E.S. Kluft & Company board of advisors is comprised of Mr. Charlie Eitel, former CEO of Simmons, Ms. Jodi Allen, former EVP Marketing of Sealy and Mr. Brian Beck, an expert in Ecommerce and digital marketing, as well as senior members of the Flex Group. Rafael Gonzalez, CEO of the Flex Group views the E.S. Kluft and Company board of advisors “as a necessary tool to broaden the talent pool, widen the experience and increase the understanding of the unique characteristics of the U.S. market when making decisions.” He further commented, “E.S.
