John Thomas Furniture Announces New American Made Timberland Creation Dining Program

John Thomas Furniture, Whitewood Industries’ finished division, announced that they will launch Timberland Creations, a dining program designed to appeal to shoppers seeking the authenticity, beauty, and quality, of made in America furnishings.
 
The program, which will combine John Thomas components paired with North American Hardwoods, offers shoppers the best of both worlds – cost effective internationally sourced components and domestically grown and crafted, White Oak table tops.
 
According to Bryan Sprinkles, vice president of sales and marketing, the Timberland Creations program will add another dimension to the company’s dining assortment.
 
“We’re constantly looking for ways to diversify our style offerings for retailers,” states Sprinkles. “Some looks, such as the more rustic trends that are so incredibly popular today,  you simply can’t emulate with parawood. By incorporating ruff-cut sawn North American sourced White Oak table tops with our solid-wood bases, retail partners will have a truly unique collection to offer shoppers at an incredible value.”
 
The small, semi-customizable collection will feature two table options, a round 48” and a rectangular 38 X 76”, finished in four of John Thomas Furniture’s best-selling finishes Truffle, Nickel, Ivory, and Black. Two chair options are available in the collection. (Upholstered seats are available with stock fabric options at no extra charge.)
 
Timberland Creations will appeal to shoppers' rejuvenated spirit for American-made goods, as well as bring a new style of dining to the company’s product line.
 
Though the new program will be finished in one of the company’s NC-based plants for its popular custom SELECT program, colors and stains will be predetermined and will be part of the company’s 14-day express program. Because selections are predetermined, they’re competitively priced and less than similar type groups in the fully customizable SELECT program.
 
“We’re excited to offer retailers a beautiful new collection at a great price point that enhances their made in America story, plays into the rustic trend, and is available quickly,” states Sprinkles. “This is something really different and brand new for us.”
 
Timberland Creations will be available in August hitting retail during the sweet spot of dining season. (MSRP 5-PC set starts at $1,799).
