Rotmans, the largest furniture and flooring retailer in New England, will begin store-closing liquidation to prepare for a major remodel and reformat.
“We’ve earned the loyalty of customers for over 60 years based on providing the best products, service and value overall. To continue that level of excellence we decided a year ago that it was time to remodel our showroom and refresh our product offerings,” said Steve Rotman, president and CEO of Rotmans.
The $20-million storewide liquidation sale begins Jan. 7, 2021, to clear space for the major showroom makeover and upgraded product assortment and selection. The sales event will be managed by Zimmer Hester Furniture Liquidators.
Across the sprawling 200,000 square feet of showroom, shoppers will find every style of quality home furnishings and accessories deeply discounted for immediate pickup or delivery. Major markdowns in all categories; living room, dining room, bedroom, home office, entertainment and more include brands such as Southern Motion, Leather Italia, Best Home, Kuka, Fusion, Klaussner, Steve Silver, Howard Miller, AAmerica, Beautyrest, Sealy, Serta, Tempur-Pedic, and more.
After all inventory is sold, Rotmans will close for an expected 14 days to begin the remodeling and reformatting process that will ultimately create the new showroom experience with a more curated selection of products that appeal to the modern consumer and lifestyle.
