Remacro Machinery & Technology ( RMT) Expands Production, Creates USA Division

RMT recently announced that it has established a new division, Remarco Machinery & Technology USA Holdings Inc. This new division is supported with warehouse and office space in Belden Town, Tupelo, Mississippi.

Established in 2011 with one factory in China, RMT has grown to become the world's largest factory of reclining mechanisms. Today, RMT is manufacturing over 1 million sets of reclining mechanisms and over 500,000 motors per month.

In 2018 in response to the demand for products, RMT expanded its manufacturing, opening up two manufacturing factories in Vietnam. These factories, located in Bau Bang Binh Doung and Xinpeng Town, Binh Dong are strategically located for export and domestic Vietnam manufacturing.

The expanded Vietnam factories have over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and employees over 800 workers.

RMT has committed a major investment in new equipment, training, embracing lean manufacturing and, creating manufacturing efficiencies. These Vietnam factories today are manufacturing Motors, Mechanisms, Smart Home Devices, Storage Bases, Sleeper Mechanisms and, Adjustable Beds.

Curently, the Vietnam factory is producing over 400,000 recliners and 300,000 motors per month exclusively for the furniture industry, supplying the Vietnam Domestic and North American export market.

RMT has also incorporated testing rooms and product laboratories in each of its factories. These testing labs provide all customers with the highest-quality levels supporting intelligent integrated products. All testing meets and exceeds country standards in North America, Europe, and Asia.

In addition to the expansion in both China and Vietnam factories, RMT has established the new U.S. division. With a total of over 75,000 square feet, this building is being supported by a full staff of Engineers, Managers, Assemblers, Finance, and Warehouse Staff.

This Mississippi warehouse and the new division is established to support the North American Furniture Manufactures. Held in inventory will be household hardware accessories, including seating mechanisms, motors, headrests, seat boxes, controls, and sleeper mechanisms. This inventory will support a quick ship replenishment commitment. Located in Tupelo, Mississippi enables Remarco Machinery & Technology USA to service factories on the east coast quickly understanding the idea of “speed to market”.
