Raymour & Flanigan Names Seth Goldberg as President

Raymour & Flanigan, the largest furniture and mattress retailer in the Northeast and seventh largest nationwide, announces Seth Goldberg as the new President of the family-owned business. Alongside this promotion, Neil Goldberg, President and CEO since 1982, will become Chairman and CEO, while Executive Vice Presidents Steven Goldberg and Michael Goldberg will become Vice Chairmen.

Seth, a third-generation member of the family business, previously held the role of SVP of Marketing, E-commerce and Information Technology, where he helped pioneer the company’s rapid expansion across digital platforms while growing its large and loyal customer base. He joined Raymour & Flanigan in 2008 after graduating from Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, throughout which he worked at the company and developed operational expertise. Seth’s experience at Raymour & Flanigan has included roles in nearly all areas of the business. 

Neil, Steven and Michael will remain actively involved in leading the organization as they continue to work closely with Seth and his siblings Adam Goldberg, Shira Boschan, and Jared Boschan to position the company for long-term success.
