Decorating Den Interiors Names Director of National Marketing

Decorating Den Interiors announced the promotion of Kaitlin Pabon to the new position of director of national marketing. “Kaitlin has made immense contributions to the support we offer to our interior design business partners throughout the U.S. and Canada,” said James S. Bugg, Jr., CEO and president.

“Kaitlin creates content and develops strategy for national print and online advertising that serves as a branding umbrella for our interior design and home furnishings franchisees,” explained David Haseley, senior vice president of merchandising and marketing. “She also develops eBooks, newsletters, blog posts, social media content and other marketing resources for national use and which can be personalized for use in local markets.”

Pabon also oversees design for both national and individual franchisees’ websites, direct mail concepts, and other marketing and sales resources. She also is instrumental in organizing the company’s annual Dream Room Awards Competition.

Pabon, a graduate of Salisbury University, joined the company in 2012 as graphic designer and was promoted to marketing manager in 2018.
