KUKA HOME, producer of upholstered furniture, is leveraging the diversity of its global manufacturing footprint in Mexico, Vietnam, and China, introducing a wide variety of new designs at the Las Vegas Market July 24 – 28, 2022.
“From trend-forward lines such as our Mediterranean and “b social” collections, to our function-packed motion products to upholstered beds, mattresses, and accents, KUKA HOME will offer timely, salable looks and fresh covers at the Las Vegas Market,” said Matt Harrison, President of KUKA HOME North America.
Stationary Upholstery: Mediterranean Collection and B Social
In stationary seating, the successful Mediterranean Collection will be on display in fresh cover applications at Vegas. “The Mediterranean style trend is taking off at retail,” Harrison said. The collection features relaxed, casual designs with generous scale and natural finishes inspired by the Mediterranean coast.
B social, a collection catering to Millennial shoppers, is getting a new look in Las Vegas. “As the trends have shifted to modern, so has our collection,” Harrison said. “B social is taking a more urban, edgy approach with modern elements, an updated color palette and trendy new covers, including a soft velvet. At the October HPMKT, we will expand the collection with an assortment of new models.”
Motion Upholstery: Updates to Relax Avenue Promotional Line + New Functions
In motion, the successful new promotionally priced power and manually operated motion upholstery line, Relax Avenue, will be on display in Vegas with the addition of a new, durable faux leather. Additional functions such as storage consoles with hidden cupholders and wireless chargers will be added to other motion frames.
The company will continue to show LUXE CINEMA, offering the ultimate home theater experience with show-stopping pieces and built-in technologies and pop-in accessories.
Mexico Upholstered Beds and Mattresses
“Our Mexico product assortment continues to expand with the introduction of our SLEEP
IN sofa sleeper collection and a customizable upholstered bed collection,” said Harrison. The SLEEP IN features three arm design options, an easy-to-lift mechanism, and a memory foam mattress with a breathable and washable cover.
Offering a retail customization program that reduces SKUs and optimizes inventory and floor space, KUKA HOME will display an upholstered bed collection where shoppers can select from four headboard styles that fit the same side rails and footboard.
“Kuka Home Mattress is excited to showcase a newly expanded hybrid mattress line and updated sustainable mattress line,” said Michael Carter VP of Sales for the Mattress Division.
“All mattresses and pillows on display are available for customers throughout the North American market. With vertically integrated production based in Mexico, Kuka Home Mattress will continue to offer top quality and local support at a variety of price points.”
Dining & Accents
A never-before-seen trend-forward accent chair featuring a feather-fiber cushion and an oversized seat and swivel base will be introduced at the Las Vegas show.
Also on display: an assortment of dining and accent seating items from KUKA HOME’s new Vietnam Dining & Accents Factory. These items include accent chairs, dining chairs, ottomans, and storage benches.
