Decorating Den Interiors Names Two to Corporate Staff

Decorating Den Interiors, North America’s largest interior design and home furnishings franchise company named two members of its corporate staff. Kathy McGroarty, Franchise Owner of the Year in 2020, was named franchise support specialist; Nick Stoltzfus was named IT and CRM support specialist, and Barbara McGinnis Hayman, franchise owner in Kissimmee, Fla. was elected to replace McGroarty on the leadership council of design business owners.

“Kathy has been in business since 2011 and has consistently been among our leaders in retail sales,” said Jennifer Manley, vice president of retail sales and franchise support. “Her regard among our franchisees is exemplified by having been named Franchise Owner of the Year and having been elected as chair of our DDI Leadership Council, which advises our executive team on policies and programs that support their interior design businesses. Having moved to Delaware, not too far from the corporate office, this became a wonderful opportunity for both her and us.”

Stoltzfus, who resides in Earlville, is a graduate of Cecil County School of Technology with a Comp TIA A+ certification for “support of today’s core technologies from security to networking to virtualization and more.”

McGinnis Hayman has been a franchise owner since 2011 and has won numerous design and sales awards.
