Van Smith, who manages the Texas region, was awarded the Sales Professional of the Year. He is now a three-time winner of the distinguished award.
“Van has All-Star talent”, said CEO Michael Amini, “He combines his tremendous skills, trust, and passion to build customer relationships. I am very proud that he is on our team.”
Jake Salman, who manages the Middle East region, received the President’s Award. “Jake is a leader who studies his craft and is an extraordinary relationship builder. His determination and grit serve him and the company well and he is so deserving of the President’s Award,” said David Koehler, AICO President.
The Spirit of Professionalism award went to Keith Linsley, “Keith's professionalism showcases respect, competence, confidence, and accountability, which he wears on his sleeve and is always present in his heart.” said VP of Sales Jeff Santanello,” His integrity is solid as a rock and on display throughout his territory."
Jared Pierini, Northern California Sales Professional, took home the Pioneer award. Jeff Santanello bestowed Jared with the award. "Jared is intense and that's because he's passionate about his customers and driven to be the best. Uncovering opportunities is his specialty and his dedication to keeping his customers happy and successful is always on point."
The Rising Star was awarded to Ted Bloomfield, Western Canada Sales Professional. "Ted has shown his ability to perform in a short period of time and the potential to be a leader of change. We expect Ted to keep reaching for the stars and striving for greatness,” added Jeff Santanello
