Decor-Rest Announces New Company For Its Family of Brands

Upholstery manufacturer Decor-Rest has announced the formation of Decor-Rest Group. This newly created entity will include Decor-Rest, the company’s long standing founding brand, SuperStyle, acquired in 2022 and Marzilli International, the company’s Italian crafted product company.

According to Decor-Rest Group president and CEO, J.R. Marzilli, this strategic decision brings multiple brands under one umbrella.

“With our recent growth and acquisition of SuperStyle we wanted to bring our brands together and continue to celebrate the strength of the Decor-Rest name and brand. Our vertical integration allows us to offer better operations and efficiencies, while continuing to provide our customers with the superior quality construction and fashion forward products they have known from all our brands,” Marzilli said. “While we celebrate our brands under one umbrella, each of our companies will also retain their own identity and place in the market.”

  • Founded in Toronto, Canada in 1972, Decor-Rest manufactures bench made, solid wood frame upholstery products in the mid-price point category. The products are offered in a variety of styles as well as custom fabrics.
  • SuperStyle, purchased by the Marzilli family last year, brings an added dimension to the Decor-Rest Group with an offering of exclusive fabrics and casual, contemporary styles with solid wood frame construction as well.
  • Marzilli International is DRG’s global sourcing brand with a focus on Italian-made products.

Supplying both Canadian and American retailers, Decor-Rest began showing at High Point Market almost 30 years ago. With a free standing showroom at 208 Jacobs Place, Decor-Rest will showcase a variety of new styles at the April Market, as well as evening entertainment events Friday-Sunday.

SuperStyle makes its American debut this market at Furniture Plaza FP510. The roughly 6000 square foot showroom will showcase new product and the company plans to offer a variety of compelling incentives to support the brand’s launch in the US market.
