IKEA U.S. Launches IKEA Business Network to Support Small Businesses

IKEA U.S. announces the launch of the IKEA Business Network, a new loyalty program that aims to support and empower small businesses with resources focused on bettering life at work. Businesses of all sizes are able to join the free program and access a number of tools and benefits to help grow their business while saving time and money.

“At IKEA, our ambition is to offer our customers quality products at an affordable price, and we’re excited to launch this unique program to specifically support businesses. The IKEA Business Network goes beyond product savings and gives access to inspiring design solutions, a range of employee benefits and useful trainings that we hope will serve as a resource for small businesses and enable them to be successful,” said Nicole King, IKEA U.S. Customer engagement & loyalty manager.

The IKEA Business Network offers many unique perks for both the company and its employees including:

  • Access to IKEA Family benefits including 5% savings on eligible in-store purchases, select discounted delivery, seasonal promotions, and convenient receipt tracking for records.

  • Opportunity to utilize IKEA Interior Design Service and connect with an interior designer to create inspiring design solutions for the workplace at an affordable price starting at $299 per room.

  • Perks for Your People with a range of member discounts on automobiles, food + dining, insurance, travel, tickets, health & fitness, electronics, and more through BenefitHub, Inc.

  • Learn with IKEA online training program that focuses on three categories - Spaces, People and Business - with videos ranging from 5 to 30 minutes. Videos will be added on an ongoing basis to keep expanding the online resource library.

  • A free hot drink (coffee or tea) every time they visit the IKEA Swedish Restaurant.
