Furniture World News Desk on 10/23/2023

ANDMORE announced the hiring of Adam Tracey in a newly created role of Senior Vice President of Operations for the High Point campus. In this role, he will lead the cross-functional team that manages both the building operations and market operations for ANDMORE’s 17 High Point properties with a focus on creating a seamless customer experience. Additionally, Tracey will be a key member of ANDMORE’s senior management team, contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives and objectives that impact the whole organization. He reports to Greg Avitabile, executive vice president, chief operations officer.

“I’m thrilled to have Adam Tracey onboard. His prior real estate and operations experience are a great fit for ANDMORE,” said Avitabile. “Adam’s emphasis on customer service, team dynamics and process improvement are certain to make him an effective leader for the High Point operations team and beyond.”

Tracey joins ANDMORE with extensive experience in commercial retail operations. Most recently, he was Vice President, Field Operations at Tanger Outlets in Greensboro, N.C. after serving in management roles for Tanger Outlets and Westfield Malls in Maryland where his experience was in grand openings and shopping center construction. Additionally, he brings trade show and events experience from his work with SWANA, the Solid Waste Association of North America. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a B.A. in History and Political Science.

The alignment of Tracey’s operations and trade show experience plus the opportunity to work with the people who bring the High Point Market to life drew him to the role. He explains, “I love the stories behind things, buildings and people. I am so excited to get to know and work with the team that puts this first-class global event together.”

Tracey joins ANDMORE as part of the streamlining of its operations team. As previously announced, customers now have a single point of contact for operations with one lead overseeing both Building Operations (property management and tenant relations, security and facilities) and Market Operations (logistics, tradeshow, event sales and event operations) on each campus. He joins Mike Magnotta, SVP, Operations for AmericasMart Atlanta and Jennifer Muna, SVP, Operations for World Market Center Las Vegas and Shoppe Object.
