Betsy Allen-Manning, a renowned corporate culture expert, is set to deliver the opening keynote at the upcoming ICFA Educational Conference, Elevate 2024. The conference, which returns to the popular Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona, will commence on February 19 with Allen-Manning's address titled "People Savvy: Improve Communication, Build Better Relationships and Deal with Difficult People Effectively."

Allen-Manning, an accomplished author, podcast host, and business consultant, will delve into the nuances of human behavior, explaining how understanding different personality types can enhance communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
