3. recognizes that “over-qualified” employees will soon become bored with work.
    
4. is aware that employees who are not challenged frequently turn to daydreaming, frustration and boredom.
    
5. learns through experience that employees who do not feel fulfilled, challenged or see opportunity for advancement often seek growth potential elsewhere.
