Interior design professionals are an important aspect of Spectra Home Furniture’s fashion-forward upholstery business. To further help designers complete their project visions, Spectra Home introduced their special order Custom Design Program with shorter lead times and more options including over 175 frames, 185 designer fabrics and leathers, nail head finish choices, contrasting throw pillows and contrasting welts at no additional charge. Plus, there are no order minimums.
According to Jim Telleysh, Spectra Home’s president, “We love partnering with interior designers. We are focusing on helping them with their business by continuing to reduce special order lead times and expanding our fabric and leather choices. In addition to our Spectra Home sofas, sectionals, loveseats, chairs, ottomans, and upholstered beds, we offer the latest on-trend designs with the addition of Tamara Day’s latest collection. Once an interior designer opens an account they will have access to fabric swatches, collection catalog links and photography for their idea boards.”
Tamara Day, recognized as the purveyor of “Laid Back Luxe” lifestyle looks, and host of Magnolia Network’s top hit show Bargain Mansions, partnered with Spectra Home to launch the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection of family-friendly upholstered seating that fits into Tamara’s mantra of being affordable, attainable, and aspirational. The collection includes transitional and traditional styling mixed with woven jacquards and textured solid fabrics, leather covers and reversible accent pillows. Also, a portion of the proceeds from the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection will be donated to Common Thread for the Cure Foundation to support those in the home furnishings and design industries battling breast cancer.
Known for their high-quality construction, Spectra Home upholstery features eight-way hand tied cushions, engineered hardwood frames and blend down wrapped cushions and backs for added comfort.
