Symphony Sleep® Announces Sales Leadership Team Ahead of Las Vegas Market Showroom Debut

As Symphony Sleep®, a brand of Innovative Sleep Technologies, gears up for the debut of its new showroom at the Las Vegas Market, the company spotlights the key figures of its sales and training team who are central to the launch and expansion of the residential brand.

Jason Hodge, Vice President of Sales, will lead Gerald Steinbaum, John Gruber, Tony Joseph, and Weston King in welcoming attendees at the market event scheduled for Jan. 28-Feb. 1, in showroom C-1507. They will present Symphony Sleep's range of adjustable bases and accessories and discuss marketing programs that support the brand.

John Schulte, president of Innovative Sleep Technologies, stated, “With decades of experience, each of our seasoned sales executives can help transform the retail floor by providing timely and insightful sales leadership that is the basis of great relationships with our retail partners.”

Jason Hodge, with 25 years in the furniture industry, steers the team with a background in sales from Restonic and various management positions at Kingsdown, Serta Mattress, and Serta Simmons Bedding, and a global perspective gained at Abbott Laboratories.

Gerald Steinbaum, as key account manager, has been serving large retailers with comprehensive service, sales, and product education for the past six years. His experience extends over 30 years in retail, e-tail, wholesale, distribution, and consulting in the mattress industry.

John Gruber holds the title of regional vice president of sales, overseeing operations across several central states. His career started in retail management and advanced through 14 years of sales in sleep products.

Tony Joseph, also a regional vice president of sales, is responsible for the northern Midwest region. His career began in 1998, contributing to national brands such as Sealy Mattress and I Love My Pillow, and focusing on consumer packaging that drives sales.

Weston “Wes” King serves as the regional vice president of sales for the Southeast. His 20-year career spans retail, merchandising, and sales leadership with manufacturers, achieving recognition for customer growth and new account revenue.

Schulte added, “Our sales team brings the industry’s best practices for RSA sales training, product intelligence and key partnerships to grow closing and attachment rates for retailers."
