Decorating Den Interiors Honors Top Sales Achievers

Number one overall and number one in Canada were Megan Patterson and Natalie Cox, who acquired the Ottawa, Ontario franchise from Catherine and Jerome Pulcine at midyear.
Decorating Den Interiors honored its top interior design sales achievers across the U.S. and Canada in a company-wide video awards ceremony. “We announce our top sales awards in January to make it timely,” said James S. Bugg, Jr, president and CEO. “We also will celebrate their achievements and others during our awards gala dinner at our international conference and design center to be held in Nashville in May.”
“The geographic distribution of our top franchisees shows our strength across the country,” Bugg added. “We have 21 states and Canada represented in the following lists.”
Chairman’s Circle
Honored as the company’s Chairman’s Circle were the top ten franchisees for highest sales in the United States along with the highest in Canada. Number one overall and number one in Canada were Megan Patterson and Natalie Cox, who acquired the Ottawa, Ontario franchise from Catherine and Jerome Pulcine at midyear. Patterson and Cox had been designers in Pulcine franchise.
Number one in the U.S was the franchise owned by Linda and Dan Coin, Ft. Myers, Fla. “Hurricane Ian wiped out our entire Sanibel Island studio in September 2022. We lost every sample. After we took a few days to know if everyone was safe, our amazing team of seven got to work and made a remarkable recovery,” said Linda Coin.
Others who achieved Chairman’s Circle status are Lisa Bibawi, Dallas, Texas; sisters Barbara Elliott and Jennifer Ward Woods, Stone Mountain, Ga.; Bonnie Pressley, Fort Worth, Texas; Charla Traugott, Montgomery, Texas; Kiran Arif, Cincinnati, Ohio; Sandy and James Kozar, Knoxville, Tenn.; Kristen Pawlak, Louisville, Ky.; Nola Shivers, Springfield, Mo., and Jennifer French, Bluffton, S.C.
“The accomplishment by the Coin team was truly remarkable,” Bugg said. “I want to highlight that it is first Chairman’s Circle achievement for Kristen Pawlak, who has been chair of our franchise leadership council, and Jennifer French, who was in only her second full year in business.”
Thirty additional top sales achievers were announced to round out the company’s top 40. The top two Canadian decorator were Catherine Pulcine and Marina Pavlova, both of Ottawa, Ontario.
