Full-line manufacturer AICO/Amini Innovations Corp recognized their top performing Sales Professionals during their annual Sales Award Banquet held in Las Vegas last month. The most prestigious honor, “Sales Professional of the Year 2023”, was presented to Michael LaCorte, who has been representing AICO in New York for over twelve years. LaCorte received a brilliant white gold diamond ring recognizing his achievement. Chairman and CEO Michael Amini said, “Michael LaCorte has demonstrated a level of commitment and professionalism that sets a standard for all of us to aspire to. He has an attitude of excellence and a real passion for what he does.”
AICO President David Koehler presented the President’s award for outstanding achievement to Chris Guseinov. In presenting this award, Koehler commented, “this achievement is not just recognition of impressive sales volume, but a testament to hard work and dedication. Chris is a true professional who always strives go above and beyond for our customers.”
Luke Wolanski was honored with the Spirit of Professionalism award; given annually to the sales professional who most exemplifies professionalism in the management of their accounts. Koehler noted, “Luke takes great pride in his preparation and presentation, and it truly reflects in his relationship with his customers. Beyond being a good salesman, Luke understands how important it is to do all he can to help our customers be successful.”
Also honored at the event were Van Smith with the 2023 Pioneer award for new account development, and Jon Essenberg as 2023 Rising Star.
Added Amini, “each year we take time out to recognize and celebrate the achievements of this exemplary team of sales professionals. Each of the professionals honored at this year’s celebration stood out for demonstrating true passion not only for the brand, but for their customers as well.”
