Interior Design Society Forms Partnership with Science in Design

The Interior Design Society (IDS) is reports it is partnering with Science in Design Certification (SIDC) to provide its members with a unique education opportunity around the leading edge role of neuroaesthetics in interior design. IDS members will receive an exclusive incentive on the recently launched course offered by Science in Design.
This collaboration will offer specialized training and certification, enabling IDS members to integrate scientific insights into their design practices, thus elevating their work to new levels of effectiveness and profitability.
“A partnership with Science in Design further enhances The Interior Design Society’s dedication to serving our interior designer members,” said Jenny Cano, IDS Executive Director. “We are passionate about bringing the latest education and resources forward and the Science in Design Certification offers the opportunity to expand their knowledge with science-based information.”
The Science in Design Certification is taught by a distinguished faculty of academics specializing in neuroaesthetics, color, medicine, biophilia and the new technologies now available to designers. The content is cutting edge, game changing and validating to designers who will document their ability to improve the health of their clients.

The program launches March 1, 2024 for IDS members. Special incentives will be offered for the month of March to help members jump start their role as a Science in Design Certified Designer.
