Flexsteel Introduces the Zofa: A New Sleep Solution Blending Technology and Comfort

Following the successful launch of the Zecliner, Flexsteel broadens its innovative sleep solution offerings with the debut of the Zofa. This new product serves as both a motion sofa and an alternative sleep solution, emphasizing sustainability, health, and wellness, backed by scientific evidence.

The Zofa extends the functionality of the Zecliner as a motion sofa that fuses comfort with advanced technology. It features power recline, power headrest, and power lumbar adjustments, along with a Zero Gravity option. Flexsteel’s CloudLux is utilized in the seat cushions and back fill for optimal comfort. Notably, the Zofa includes a drop-down console, integrated speakers, smart app compatibility, and LED lighting. It is upholstered in Nanobionic® material, designed to convert body heat into far infrared rays for potential health benefits.

The fabric, based on the findings from the CULP powered by Nanobionic® sleep study, is claimed to contribute to faster sleep initiation, quicker return to sleep if disturbed, improved sleep quality, more refreshing sleep, and a greater sense of rest upon waking.

The Zofa's development was informed by insights from SleepScore's study on the Zecliner, which assessed over 700 nights of sleep. This research indicated that 89% of participants found increased comfort with the Zecliner, and 95% experienced a weightless feeling that facilitated easier and deeper sleep.

Flexsteel's new Zofa is a step forward in furniture design with an emphasis on enhancing wellness and sleep quality through innovation.

The Zecliner collection has grown to cater to a range of body types and preferences, including the Petite, Model 1, Model 2, and the feature-rich Model 2+. The Zofa, along with new color options for the Zofa and Model 2+, is on display at the Flexsteel showroom during the High Point Market from April 13th to 17th at the International Home Furnishings Center, Space C-601.
