Knorr Marketing Values Long Term Collaboration with Tools2Win®

Knorr Marketing was the first advertising / marketing agency to integrate Tools2Win® retail inventory software feeds that enable automatic inventory updating on websites the agency develops for its home furnishings retail clients. According to Jamie Winter, chief developer for the Tools2Win suite of software tools, Knorr Marketing was also “the first provider to assemble merchandise ‘packages’ automatically from the Toos2Win feed.” Such merchandise packages refer to combining multiple product SKUs to form sectionals, dining room sets, bedroom sets, etc.

“Tools2Win makes it easy to keep our client website inventories up to date and complete for retailers” says Aaron Knorr, VP of Technology at Knorr Marketing. “It saves tremendous amounts of time and money for many retailers who used to do manual updates. The automatic feeds we receive from Tools2Win also make it possible for us to include an automated website clearance page for our clients.” 

With their approval, clients can also share their Tools2Win customer file, heat map and weekly sales reports with Knorr Marketing. According to Isaac Knorr, President of Knorr Marketing, “This is information we can analyze and use to adjust advertising and marketing plans for our clients. For example, the customer file includes names, addresses and purchase information. That file, together with the client Heat Map, can help identify new zip codes that should be penetrated and give us rationale for changing the level of advertising in any particular area. The weekly reports include sales by product categories and margins that are useful when tracking the effectiveness of client promotions and when merchandising items for advertising.”
