Piana Sleep Introduces the Rinnovo Mattress

Piana Sleep, a division of Piana Technology, has announced the launch of the Rinnovo mattress, which combines foam with Piana’s V/Smart fiber technology to offer a sustainable and comfortable bedding solution. The company aims to minimize environmental impact by recycling the mattress at the end of its life.

The Rinnovo mattress incorporates Piana Technology’s proprietary V/SMART technology, featuring vertically arranged fibers in a high-loft nonwoven design. This structure ensures a non-toxic, odor-free, and VOC-free environment. The design also includes Molecular Printing technology, which adds molecular compounds to the materials for health benefits like active cooling, antimicrobial protection, and customizable aromatherapy.

The Rinnovo mattress, made with Piana recycled technology, produces 46% fewer CO2 emissions than comparable all-foam mattresses, uses up to 52% less energy to produce, and is up to 31% lighter.
