Teak New York To Open Flagship Showroom in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Teak New York, a retailer specializing in Scandinavian furniture, lighting, and home decor, announced that it will open its flagship showroom in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on July 17. The showroom is a 4,000-square-foot immersive retail space designed to educate the community on Scandinavian concepts like “hygge.”

As the exclusive U.S. retailer of the TEDDY Sofa by OMHU, Teak New York is the only brick-and-mortar store in the United States for Danish brand Montana Furniture and showcases the East Coast's largest collection of MassProductions, a Swedish design brand. The showroom offers products from over 75 Scandinavian brands, emphasizing modern Scandinavian aesthetics, craftsmanship, and natural materials.

The flagship showroom will include Falu House, a Swedish cafe owned by partner Leah Flannigan. The cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including Scandinavian dishes like cardamom buns and Swedish meatballs.
