Wendy Ferris Returns to Palliser as Chief Culture & People Officer

Palliser Furniture Group (PFG), the parent of Palliser and EQ3, has appointed Wendy Ferris as it’s returning Chief Culture & People Officer. Ferris will oversee the group’s Human Resources departments in both Mexico and Canada, beginning July 9th.
Ferris rejoins Palliser in the same capacity she once held following two years in a part-time senior advisory role. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ferris will leverage her expertise in strategic planning, and organizational and cultural alignment within both brands, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive workplace environment.
