Shifman Appoints Adam Fain as Director of National Accounts

Shifman has appointed industry veteran Adam Fain as director of national accounts to support the brand’s growth opportunities and increased focus on sustainability.

In his new role, Fain will manage Shifman’s larger retail partnerships and oversee sales training, communications, and the implementation of advertising initiatives for these accounts. He will also be responsible for approaching new business within the national segment. Fain reports to James Berry, Shifman’s national sales director.

Fain brings nearly 20 years of bedding industry experience to Shifman, with a proven record of sales leadership and brand growth in high-impact markets. He has a strong background in sustainable high-end mattresses, having most recently served as vice president of wholesale for Cariloha Inc., a supplier of sustainable luxury bedding. His previous roles include key sales and marketing positions at Sleep Squad, Bedgear, and Serta Simmons, where he demonstrated success in generating significant growth and fostering strategic partnerships.

Fain will be present at the upcoming Las Vegas Market starting July 27 and looks forward to meeting and supporting visitors interested in learning more about Shifman Mattresses in showroom C-1554.
