Regina Andrew Detroit, Stanton, Jessica Charles and Farrow and Ball are living on easy street, at least for a few months. The designer brands sponsored a show home, named Ten Easy Street, during July’s Nantucket by Design.  The show house, shoppable concept showroom and activation space was reimagined by designer Eileen Kathryn Boyd and unveiled during Nantucket by Design July 15-18, the Nantucket Historical Association’s annual event now in its ninth year. A cocktail party was held on July 18 to celebrate the home’s transformation, one of the highlights of Nantucket by Design.

“This is our first year at Nantucket by Design,” said Regina Andrew Detroit CMO Neil MacKenzie. “And we hope it won’t be our last. We were impressed with Eileen’s work and also the level of interior designers attending the event, many of whom do not make the trip to High Point, so it’s great to connect with them in such an inspirational setting.”

Situated near the ferry docks and boasting breathtaking views of boat-filled waters, Ten Easy Street offers panoramic views of the harbor. The brands that built Ten Easy Street can be found on the home’s website. Soon, guests will be able to shop each room, including products from brand partners such as rugs from Stanton, accessories and lighting from Regina Andrew Detroit, and upholstery from Jessica Charles.

“Working with such a talented designer as Eileen on this historic home has been a delight,” said Jessica Charles Creative Director Regenia Payne. “This was the perfect setting to showcase the Jessica Charles product. The interaction with such prestigious designers and visitors to the home during Nantucket by Design, was truly extraordinary.”

The home was originally built in 1933 for Miss Florence L. Schepp, a dedicated member of the Artists Association of Nantucket for more than 20 years. Florence’s work remains a testament to her connection with this island, her paintings showcased in the permanent collection of the AAN.

Ten Easy Street will be open for visitors through the end of 2024. This venue not only bridges the gap between makers and buyers but also serves as a vibrant cultural hub for events and gatherings. Emphasizing co-creativity, Ten Easy Street fosters a collaborative environment where innovation meets tradition, making it a cornerstone for inspiration among the island's influential community.

“Stanton was thrilled to partner with such notable home furnishing brands on 10 Easy Street, and honored to be selected as the flooring supplier of choice by the talented Eileen Kathrine Boyd,” said Stanton Senior Marketing Director Christine Zampaglione.  “The home was a beautiful representation of history, charm and innovative modern design. The rugs played an important role in setting that foundation, and we look forward to our continued partnership.”
