Presti AI, the startup in AI-generated product photos, announced that it has successfully closed a $3.5 million Seed round led by Partech, alongside Y Combinator, known for backing tech giants such as Airbnb and Dropbox.
Over 100 furniture companies, including Wisteria, Brickmill, and Caba Design, are use Presti AI to create lifestyle photos of their products. “The creation process takes just seconds, with no alteration to the product and at a fraction of the usual cost,” said Hamza Bennis, co-founder of the company. This disruption, he explained, benefits retailers in three key ways:
- It enables the creation of any imaginable scene, ranging from Vintage and Scandinavian to Bohemian and Modern styles, in just a few seconds.
- The technology ensures that the product's characteristics are accurately preserved. This accuracy remains true regardless of the product's texture, including traditionally challenging textures like velvet and rattan.
- The instantaneity and reduced cost of generating images unlock new opportunities and use cases for businesses in utilizing their product imagery.
“Presti provides by far the best AI solution to create lifestyle imagery. It clearly brought us a new alternative to CGI and photoshoots. Last month, we successfully generated over 200 lifestyle images with minimal effort,” added Vivek Singhania, VP Marketing and Ecommerce at Wisteria.
The fresh funding will help Presti further expand its reach and continuously improve its technology and product offerings for the furniture industry.
