Urban Styles Furniture Appoints Billy Curtright as Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Urban Styles Furniture, an importing and design company specializing in dining room, bedroom, and occasional furniture, has hired Billy Curtright as its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Curtright brings 31 years of sales management experience, including roles at Standard Furniture, Human Touch, and most recently as VP of Sales & Marketing at Magniflex, an Italian mattress brand.

In his new role, Curtright will concentrate on executing Urban Styles Furniture’s growth strategy in the eastern United States. Currently, the company sells to over a dozen of the Top 100 furniture dealers, with the majority of its distribution centered on the West Coast. The company operates warehousing and customer service facilities in Southern California.

“This is a great opportunity to work for such a solid company that excels in mid-priced case goods with design and quality at the forefront. Add in great service and over 15 years of importing to some of the biggest names in furniture retailing, it was a no-brainer for me to join the Urban Styles team,” Curtright said. He added, “It’s also exciting to get back to case goods. It’s where I started in this industry and have fond memories.”
