Innovative Sleep Technologies Expands Sales Team to Meet Demand for Adjustable Bases

Innovative Sleep Technologies (IST), a manufacturer of adjustable bed bases, has expanded its sales team to meet the increasing demand for its products. The company has added four experienced sales representatives to promote the Symphony Sleep® brand in key markets across the U.S.

“We’ve seen a positive response to our products and marketing, which led to the need for expanding our sales force to accommodate this growth,” said John Schulte, president of IST. “By adding proven sales professionals to our team, we are better positioned to serve current retail partners and reach potential new customers.”

Jason Kennedy will serve as territory manager in Florida. Kennedy has over a decade of industry experience, previously working as a brand manager for Yatas Bedding, Turkey’s largest mattress manufacturer, and as a distributor for The BedBoss. He is also the owner and founder of Complete Sleep & Furnishings, a family-owned retail business in Florida.

David Oldani, now territory sales manager for Missouri and Central Illinois, brings a background in sales and business development, having worked with Fortune 500 companies and owning several businesses. His past clients include Home Depot, Ford Motor Company, FedEx, Marriott, and others.

Kim Walters will be responsible for growing retailer partnerships and serving customers in North and South Carolina. Walters has 27 years of experience in the bedding industry, mostly representing Restonic Mattress.

Kevin Willis, with 30 years of bedding and furniture sales experience, will represent Symphony Sleep in Tennessee and Kentucky. He brings expertise from his sales leadership at Glideaway Manufacturing, with a focus on adjustable bed bases.

“These sales professionals will help deliver the products and knowledge retailers need to succeed,” added Schulte.
