A GOOD LEADER PROTECTS THE FUTURE.....
- by appointing a “working” Board of Directors with experience and meaningful backgrounds
- by creating both a vision and operational policies of which all associates can participate in a meaningful manner
- by remaining current in knowledge regarding market trends, technology, competition and legal landscaping
- by employing the proper people with skills that match assigned responsibilities
- by utilizing associates who realize that attitudes are more important than facts
- by staying personally involved in both current activities and future planning
- by realizing that associates who are not challenged are seldom productive
- by developing and maintaining a current secession plan
These weekly “Monday Morning Management Tips” are jointly provided by both Country View Woodworking and Furniture World.
