D2U Home Makes High Point Debut

D2U Home, the residential furniture brand of global manufacturer UE Group, is set to make its debut at this week’s High Point Market. The brand's new showroom located at 300 S. Centennial St. will be open October 24-29.

Led by Frank Norton, a furniture manufacturing veteran of more than 30 years, D2U Home, will showcase a wide range of furniture categories, including:

• Stationary and motion upholstery in fabric and leather
• Euro style reclining chairs
• Massage chairs
• Bedroom and dining sets
• Entertainment consoles
• Occasional tables
• Home office chairs and lift desks

This debut comes as China-based parent company UE Group recently announced major expansions to its global manufacturing footprint:

• Addition of more than 500,000 square feet to its existing facility in Romania, opened in 2022
• Completion of the first phase of a one million-square-foot expansion at its Binh Duong, Vietnam facility, increasing total space to over 3 million square feet
• A newly completed six million-square-foot facility in Anji, China

John Zhang, Chairman of UE Group, stated, "These expansions will provide our customers with global supply options, reducing risk and increasing overall capacity. The new manufacturing spaces utilize state-of-the-art production equipment and processes, with significant investments in robotics and automation.”
