Myriad Software Unveils Enhanced Notification, CRM and Product Interface Features for its PointCentric RMS

Myriad Software is releasing Version 6.0 for its PointCentric™ retail management software (RMS) with several new features for home furnishings retailers. The enhanced features include integration with Podium SMS notifications; a CRM-Phase 1 with Upboard; and new La-Z-Boy product interface.

Myriad will showcase PointCentric’s new features during the Fall High Point Market in their showroom, Plaza Suites, HFA Retailer Resource Center, Floor 1, #1. The benefits of these new enhancements include:

PODIUM INTEGRATION

PointCentric’s integration with Podium now enables a retailer’s customers to receive SMS notifications prompting them to leave a Google review for the company. This ensures:

  • Convenient Interaction
  • Enhanced Online Presence
  • Seamless Integration with Google
  • More Customer Trust

CRM – Phase 1 including Upboard

PointCentric’s Customer Relationship Module is a queue program that helps the salespeople/designers and sales managers know who is “Up Next” to work with a customer. Features include:

  • Options for customizing the experience
  • Notifications sent to alert salesperson/designer when they are next
  • Once salesperson/designer is logged as “Active,” the program tracks time spent
  • Once finished, they complete a Sales Opportunity to record results
  • Manager view can monitor the entire UpBoard and adjust as necessary

LA-Z-BOY PRODUCT INTERFACE

PointCentric now imports the La-Z-Boy Product Catalog.  With this feature, product is pulled from the vendor’s catalog data directly and imported into PointCentric.  Added features include:

  • Includes adding new product models as well as updating existing product models
  • Data retrieved not only includes product models but also their entire list of available fabrics, leathers and other options.
  • Will discontinue product models, fabrics and options that are no longer available.
