Agio-USA has announced three leadership promotions, effective December 1, 2024, aimed at
strengthening the company’s strategic direction and market presence.
Leonard Saldana Named Chief Operating Officer
Leonard Saldana has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer following the retirement of Douglas Peppler in November.
Based in Nashville, Saldana brings more than 20 years of experience with Agio-USA, including his tenure as Senior
Vice President of Product Marketing and Development. His career also includes leadership roles at O'Sullivan
Industries and Sunbeam Outdoor Products.
"Leonard’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping our strategic direction," said Ashley Mohr,
Chief Financial Officer. "His promotion reflects our confidence in his ability to guide Agio-USA into its next
chapter of growth and success."
Saldana succeeds Peppler, who played a key role in the company’s development during his tenure. “We are
extremely grateful for everything Doug has done for the company,” said Mohr. “We wish him the best in
his retirement and future endeavors.”
Todd Wingrove to Lead Hospitality Division
Todd Wingrove, Vice President of Sales, has taken on additional responsibilities as the leader of Agio’s new
Hospitality Division, which launched earlier this year. Wingrove brings 30 years of industry experience, including
his work at Homecrest Outdoor Living and SunVilla, where he managed residential and commercial sales and created
specialized sales teams.
“Todd’s impressive background in sales for both indoor and outdoor categories makes him an ideal fit to
lead our Hospitality Division,” said Mohr. “His leadership will be crucial as Agio adapts to
today’s evolving sales environments.”
Chelsey Wolf Promoted to Product and Marketing Manager
Chelsey Wolf has been promoted to Product and Marketing Manager, overseeing product innovation and creative marketing
strategies. Wolf has spent a decade at Agio in roles such as Product Development Manager and Merchandise Design
Assistant. Her background also includes marketing and design roles at Nordstrom and J. Crew.
"Her creativity and dedication to quality have been essential to our brand’s success, and we look forward to
her continued contributions," said Mohr.
These leadership changes reflect Agio-USA’s focus on innovation and growth as it continues to evolve in the
competitive furniture industry.
