VIFA EXPO 2025 to Feature 3,000 Booths Across Two Venues in Ho Chi Minh City

The 16th edition of VIFA EXPO (Vietnam International Furniture & Home Accessories Fair) will take place from March 5–8, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City. For the first time, the event will be held across two venues: the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7 and SKY EXPO Vietnam in District 12. With 3,000 booths planned, this marks the largest scale for the event to date.

VIFA EXPO, part of Asia’s annual chain of furniture fairs, has established itself as a prominent platform for furniture trade and exports. In 2024, the event hosted over 2,000 booths with more than 600 exhibitors from Vietnam and 17 other countries. It attracted over 13,000 visitors, including 5,200 international buyers from 72 countries. Organizers reported that over 75% of participating businesses finalized contracts or memorandums of understanding during the four-day event.

In response to increasing global interest in Vietnamese furniture and home goods, the organizers, Lien Minh Company, have significantly expanded the fair. This year’s event aims to showcase a broader range of production capabilities and technologies, positioning Vietnam as a key hub in the global furniture supply chain.

“VIFA EXPO 2025 will offer exhibitors a larger platform to connect directly with international buyers and secure trade agreements,” the organizers noted.

To ensure seamless logistics, a free shuttle bus service will run between SECC and SKY EXPO throughout the event. Transportation from official hotels to each venue will also be available. Additionally, buyer support packages are set to launch in December 2024 to facilitate participation.
