King Koil Names Chris Taheny Senior Vice President of New Business Development

Luxury bedding manufacturer King Koil has appointed Chris Taheny as its Senior Vice President of New Business
Development, a newly created position for the company. Taheny will report directly to CEO David Binke.
Taheny has more than ten years of experience in the sleep products industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice
President of Sales for DreamFit, where he expanded the retailer base and advised clients on increasing accessory
sales. Before DreamFit, Taheny spent eight years with Protect-A-Bed, advancing from sales trainer to regional and
eventually national sales manager. He has also held sales leadership roles with SureFit Home Décor and
Hollander Sleep Products.
“Chris is one of the hardest-working, well-respected sales executives in our industry. He brings an enormous
amount of experience and energy to our sales organization that we know will benefit our dealers,” said David
Binke, CEO of King Koil. “We are excited to have him on our team, working with our leadership team and our

Taheny holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University. He resides with his family
in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
