Spring Air Names Biscayne Bedding as Florida Licensee

Spring Air International, a top 20 U.S. bedding manufacturer, has announced Biscayne Bedding of Hialeah, Florida, as its new licensee for the state. The partnership marks a return to the brand for Biscayne President and CEO Jan Wettergren, who served as senior vice president of operations for Spring Air from 2006 to 2011.

Biscayne Bedding, a family-owned business founded in 1949, is one of Florida’s fastest-growing manufacturers. The company serves a diverse range of clients, including retailers, interior designers, hospitality, marine, cruise lines, and hospitals. Day-to-day operations are led by Wettergren alongside his wife, Silke, and son, Mattias, who oversees operations. Jim Dilling, vice president of sales, has played a key role in the company’s success since joining in 2011, following 20 years with Spring Air in Tampa.
