MLILY USA Launches Reimagined Mattress Collections at Winter Las Vegas Market

MLILY USA, a domestic bedding manufacturer, will unveil a reimagined mattress lineup at the Winter Las Vegas Market, January 26-30. The new collections reflect a strategic shift informed by an in-depth analysis of retailer feedback and the company’s existing offerings.

“This 2025 launch signals to our retailers how much we value their feedback and business,” said Derek Leishman, MLILY national sales director. “We’ve made it easier to merchandise and sell MLILY products across all our lines by focusing on the proven features and benefits that consumers value as well as simplifying options and pricing to make it an easier path to purchase.”

In showroom B-900, MLILY will introduce three updated mattress collections—WellFlex, ChiroPro, and the all-new Midnight. Each line combines consumer-driven features with familiar pricing to simplify the purchasing experience.

2025 WellFlex Collection

The revamped WellFlex collection incorporates sustainable materials. The 12-inch memory foam model features a comfort knit fabric cover made with recycled fibers and a core of BioBreeze™ memory foam, a USDA-certified bio-based product designed to enhance breathability and comfort. The mattress is engineered to contour the body, relieve pressure points, and provide supportive sleep.

The 14-inch WellFlex ICE model builds on this foundation with a focus on long-lasting cooling. It includes an advanced cooling cover and multiple layers of gel-infused memory foam, including Gel AeroFusion® foam with ActiveTemp™ phase-change material. Both models are available in two comfort options: 1.0 (firmer) and 3.0 (plusher).

2025 ChiroPro Collection

Designed in partnership with the International Chiropractors Association, the ChiroPro collection emphasizes spinal alignment and posture support. The 13-inch hybrid mattress includes proprietary foams and advanced materials to deliver three-zone support and enhanced temperature regulation. The collection aims to address back and neck strain while promoting proper posture. It is available in two distinct comfort options.

Midnight Hybrid Collection

The new Midnight collection combines features from two previous MLILY lines to offer a luxury sleep experience at accessible pricing. The 12-inch Midnight model incorporates copper-infused memory foam for a plush yet supportive surface, while the copper-infused AeroFusion® layer promotes airflow. The AdaptiFoam® layer enhances temperature regulation.

The Midnight ICE model, a 14-inch upgrade, includes two additional inches of specialty cooling foam, an ActiveTemp™ phase-change material layer, and a cooling cover. Both models are available in firmer and plusher comfort options.
