Forces that influence both consumer decision-making and marketing strategies today include the rising demand for wellness-focused spaces, sustainable product solutions, the influence of digital innovations, and changing family dynamics, just to name a few.

Executives who attend AHFA’s 2025 Marketing/PR Conference February 19-20 will gain the insights needed to align their marketing strategies with these and other trends shaping the home landscape in 2025 and beyond.

“We are thrilled to have Jaye Anna Mize from Fashion Snoops as our keynote presenter,” said AHFA Vice President of Communications Patricia Bowling. “Fashion Snoops has become the leading global forecasting agency, with vast resources for harnessing trends and interpreting their impact on the home industries.”

In “Living Ahead: 2025 Consumer Insights for the Evolving Home Industry,” Mize will unveil dynamic shifts redefining how we live, work and design. She will connect these to actionable steps brands can take to both inform and transform product development, marketing and business strategy.

Mize is a creative strategist, brand leader and trend forecaster with over a decade of experience and a passion for innovation, storytelling and design. Her ability to translate socio, cultural and economic trends into actionable strategies has helped clients such as Unilever, Kohl's, Mattel, BuzzFeed and Scott Living capture new market opportunities and drive substantial revenue growth. She was a pioneer of the home interiors and lifestyle division at Fashion Snoops and has cultivated a reputation for setting meaningful benchmarks in the home design and interiors arena.

The February 19-20 conference will be held at The Conference Center at Guilford Technical Community College, just minutes from Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, North Carolina. The program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, February 20.
