Kingsdown Introduces SleepLAB Experience at Winter Las Vegas Market

Kingsdown, Inc., a luxury bedding manufacturer, will showcase its new SleepLAB experience at the Winter Market in Las Vegas, offering attendees a hands-on look at the company’s design and manufacturing processes. The 3,000-square-foot SleepLAB in the Kingsdown showroom provides an interactive exploration of the brand’s innovative approach to bedding, illustrating how style, materials, and testing come together to create its products.

The centerpiece of the SleepLAB is Kingsdown’s Inline Comfort and Support Analysis (ICSA) testing system, which ensures every mattress meets its intended support level. “Kingsdown is the only company that tests every bed we manufacture,” said Kingsdown Chairman Mike James. “Retailers who have toured our plants know the importance of the ICSA system, and now those who haven’t will have the opportunity to see it in action during Market.”

Interactive Elements of SleepLAB

Kingsdown’s SleepLAB invites retailers to explore several aspects of the brand’s design and testing processes, including:

  • BedMATCH Diagnostics: Kingsdown’s proprietary technology uses statistical measurements and data from 20 million consumer profiles to provide personalized product recommendations. The experience also features upgraded content management and software for retailers to enhance their in-store promotions.
  • Material Displays: Retailers can explore inspiration boards, touch materials like Joma wool and temperature-regulating gels, and learn about new innovations such as the Wave Coil™ system.
  • Tufting Station: Attendees can try their hand at tufting, a process central to Kingsdown’s handmade collections like Vintage, Passions, Prime, Insignia, and K2.
  • Private Label Options: Embroidery samples and custom design elements highlight Kingsdown’s ability to create private-label products for retailers.
