that provides a unified solution combining DispatchTrack’s best-in-class delivery management tools with

The benefit, they say, is this integration addresses a customer journey is no longer linear or predictable. The
customer may visit a store location, then browse a website, text with a sales associate, purchase online, schedule
and reschedule deliveries, set up item returns by phone or email and ultimately review their experience on social

experience inconvenient and frustrating.
