Built on Adobe Commerce with a headless architecture, the platform integrates with Uttermost’s ERP and PIM systems, streamlining product management, inventory updates, and order processing.

  • Purchasing Rules: The site ensures customers only see products from the Uttermost, Revelation, and Salt & Light brands that they are authorized to purchase.
  • Sub-User Account System: Team members can create multiple accounts with customized permissions, improving internal workflow.
  • AI-Powered Search: An advanced search tool, developed with Klevu, provides faster and more accurate product search results.
  • Product Presentation Tools: Customers can generate downloadable product sheets with pricing options and create presentations using pre-designed templates.
  • Order and Claims Management: Customers can access order history, track open orders, and utilize a claims portal for issue resolution.
  • Integrated Social Media Feeds: Live user-generated content is featured on product detail pages, enhancing engagement.

The website’s Progressive Web Application (PWA) framework improves performance, offering faster load times and offline capabilities for a mobile-friendly shopping experience.
