GigaCloud Technology Donates Over $1 Million in Furniture to Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles

GigaCloud Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: GCT) reported that it has donated more than $1 million in home furnishings to Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles in support of the ReBUILD LA™ Wildfire Recovery campaign. The contribution will assist families affected by recent wildfires by providing essential home furnishings as they rebuild their homes.

In response, we donated over a million dollars in home furnishings to Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles. When we heard that mattresses were one of the most urgently needed items, we partnered with Restonic, a new seller on the GigaCloud B2B Marketplace, to purchase and donate one hundred fifty thousand dollars’ worth of mattresses. This donation is part of Habitat’s Rebuild LA Wildfire Recovery campaign, directly supporting families as they rebuild their homes and restore their lives with dignity and comfort. Donation Details

GigaCloud’s donation includes nearly 90 SKUs totaling over 5,000 items, featuring a variety of indoor living furniture such as beds, mattresses, sofas, chairs, ottomans, and dressers. Recognizing an urgent need for mattresses, the company partnered with Restonic, a mattress supplier and GigaCloud B2B Marketplace seller, to purchase and donate $150,000 worth of mattresses specifically for wildfire victims.

Community Impact

The ReBUILD LA™ Wildfire Recovery campaign provides support to uninsured, underinsured, and low-income families affected by wildfires. The initiative focuses on rebuilding, relocation assistance, and access to essential home furnishings, as well as temporary rental and mortgage aid for families whose homes are uninhabitable.
