Hooker Furnishings Opens International Buyer Showroom at High Point Market

Hooker Furnishings is expanding its international presence with the launch of a dedicated International Buyer Showroom at the April High Point Market. The 5,000-square-foot showroom, located on the second floor of Showplace (Space 2340), will highlight Hooker Furnishings’ Modern Country Collection, a line designed exclusively for international distribution.

Modern Country Collection Expands with Bedroom Offerings

The Modern Country Collection debuted at the January Furniture Show (JFS) in Birmingham, UK, and was developed to align with European design aesthetics and scale preferences. The collection now includes dining, bedroom, occasional furniture, and custom upholstery.

The Modern Country Collection includes five distinct design ranges:

  • Eclectic Academia – Bold accent pieces with varied textures and shapes, designed to complement diverse interior styles.
  • Nordic Tranquility – A fusion of Scandinavian simplicity and mid-century modern elements, with bleached wood finishes and soft, calming tones.
  • Harmony Haven – Inspired by antique craftsmanship, featuring weathered oak finishes, clean lines, and understated details.
  • Academic Fusion – Vintage-inspired furniture with rich wood tones, mid-century craftsmanship, and refined silhouettes reminiscent of classic libraries.

Showroom Opening and Ribbon Cutting

The International Buyer Showroom will be open to registered international buyers and partners throughout April High Point Market. Hooker Furnishings will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the showroom opening on April 25 at 4 PM in Showplace, Space 2340.
