Industry Rallies for Spirit of Life® Before Annual Gala During High Point Market

The International Home Furnishings Industry group and City of Hope are making their final calls for support in the
weeks leading up to the Spirit of Life® gala in Greensboro, N.C. Many industry leaders have stepped up with
sponsorships and donations for the industry’s flagship fundraiser that supports cancer and diabetes research
and treatment.
This year’s Spirit of Life honorees are Dr. Man Li Wong of Manwah and Jay Schottenstein of American Signature
Furniture and Value City Furniture. The awards gala will be held Sunday, April 27 at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four
Seasons.
The event committee encourages more leaders to answer the call to action and emphasizes City of Hope’s national
and global impact, which has been supported by the International Home Furnishings Industry group with over $100
million since its partnership began in 1965.
