Fairfield Names New CFO and COO to Strengthen Operations and Support Growth

Fairfield has announced two executive leadership appointments aimed at aligning operations and supporting strategic growth. Doug McClurd has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, while Mark Huegerich joins the company as Chief Financial Officer.

McClurd, previously Senior Vice President of Product Development and Logistics, has been instrumental in shaping Fairfield’s casegoods program, logistics operations, and customer engagement. In his new role as COO, he will expand his responsibilities to include oversight of manufacturing, procurement, and company-wide planning. The restructuring places core operational functions under a single leader to support coordination and execution across departments.

Huegerich brings over two decades of experience in financial and operational roles within the furniture and manufacturing industries. As CFO, he will lead Fairfield’s Finance and IT teams with a focus on systems development, financial structuring, and long-term planning.
