Spring Air Adds Sound Sleep to Licensee Network Following Everton Mattress Merger

Spring Air International has added Sound Sleep of Lacey, Washington, to its domestic licensee network following the company’s recent merger with Idaho-based Everton Mattress. The newly combined business will operate under the name Everton Mattress Factory Northwest and will continue to represent Spring Air across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana.

Sound Sleep has operated in the Pacific Northwest for more than three decades under the leadership of CEO John Larsen. The merger brings together Sound Sleep’s local manufacturing and distribution strength with Everton Mattress’s existing Spring Air licensee footprint.
