Quality Furniture Company is going out of business after providing its customers with quality whole home furnishings
for more than half a century. The family-owned and operated store has begun its final liquidation sale.
Husband-and-wife owners, Butch and Carolyne Jones, have partnered with leading furniture promotional sales
specialists Planned Furniture Promotions (PFP) to handle the
going-out-of-business sale events. Following the sale, the couple plans to retire after more than 20 years of
devoted leadership.
“It’s been an honor to work with Butch and Carolyne as they close this meaningful chapter,” said
Tom Liddell, senior vice president of PFP. “We’re proud to help celebrate their family legacy with a
successful sale event.”
Founded in 1969 by John Morris, Quality Furniture Company has been a cornerstone of the Murfreesboro community for
more than five decades. Known for its high-quality furniture and personalized customer service, the store has
remained family-owned and operated throughout its history. Morris’ stepson, Butch Jones, and his wife Carolyne
took over the family business in 2005 and have proudly carried on the family legacy through their dedication to
serving others and commitment to integrity.
Quality Furniture Company opened its final sale to the public May 8. The 20,000-square-foot building is available for
lease and interested parties may contact John Morris at (615) 653-7137. For more information on the store-closing
