Havertys Furniture to Open New Showroom at Valley Ranch Town Center

The Signorelli Company has announced that Havertys Furniture (NYSE: HVT and HVT.A) will open a new 41,500-square-foot showroom at Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, Texas. Scheduled to open in Fall 2025, the store will be located at 22296 Market Place Drive and will mark Havertys' third location in the Greater Houston area.

Founded in 1885 and headquartered in Atlanta, Havertys currently operates 130 showrooms across 17 states, including 23 locations in Texas. The company recently reentered the Houston market after a 40-year absence.

The new store joins a growing number of projects at Valley Ranch Town Center, a regional open-air shopping destination attracting 11 million visitors annually. Additional developments underway in the Valley Ranch community include:

- The Marketplace, a planned 188-acre retail and lifestyle district with 850,000 square feet of space

- Lumos, a 45,000-square-foot high-tech entertainment venue (opening Summer 2025)
The Valley Ranch development spans over 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, and mixed-use space, and includes more than 2,000 homes with additional residential phases under development.
