Ethan Allen CEO Hosts Interior Design Affiliate (IDA) Event in Chicago

Ethan Allen reported that its Chairman, President and CEO Farooq Kathwari joined members of the Ethan Allen Interior Design Affiliate (IDA) program and other Chicago-area interior designers for a special luncheon event on April 17, 2012 at the Trump International Hotel & Tower.

“I am pleased to have had the opportunity to share all the new initiatives at Ethan Allen with such a large group of design professionals in the Chicago area and hear their valuable feedback,” said Mr. Kathwari. “I plan to continue this dialogue with design professionals in other markets around the country this year.”

The more than 70 local designers in attendance were treated to breathtaking views of the Chicago skyline and waterfront area as they mingled with their colleagues. Following Mr. Kathwari's presentation and lunch, Sherwin Williams presented a continuing education seminar on color trends for 2012. Two very lucky attendees won door prizes of beautiful artwork from Ethan Allen’s custom art program.
